First State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor/Closer to join our Loan Operations team.

This role is essential in preparing and coordinating commercial loan closings while ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and exceptional internal service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan documents based on approved credit structures


• Review due diligence and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy


• Coordinate closing timelines with lenders and internal teams


• Track documentation requirements and outstanding items


• Maintain electronic loan files and records


• Assist with post-closing collateral perfection (UCC filings, recordings, insurance tracking)


• Support ongoing servicing and portfolio monitoring activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Banking, loan processing, or commercial lending experience preferred


• Experience with commercial documentation and collateral perfection preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
