Position Requirements:

• Install and anchor new equipment for security purposes. Performs work in the repair and installation of hardware and software related to locking devices, digital locks or keying systems including electronic access control systems
• Provide knowledge and support other team members and mentor locksmith trainees
• Operate a variety of equipment, tools, and machinery
• Maintain a variety of records and files including comprehensive records of lock locations, and records of work orders and inventories.
• Provide assistance to other personnel as necessary; may lead other team members
• Operate a company vehicle to obtain parts and drive to job site locations to perform work
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

Initial Qualifications:

- Education and Experience: High School or equivalent certification from a college or technical school or completion of a trade school apprenticeship program.
- Washington State Driver’s License and proven good driving record
- Experience: 4+ years of commercial locksmith experience in a commercial industrial or facilities operations setting

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Working Conditions:
