Commercial Maintenance (North Houston)

Description

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Maintenance for office buildings in North Houston (Spring, Woodlands, 1960 and the Jersey Village area).

The Commercial Maintenance is responsible for performing a wide range of duties across a variety of trades including sheetrock, cleaning, painting, flooring, carpentry, concrete repair, and other related work.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial maintenance
• Proven experience in a hands on/mechanical setting
• Must be able to work independently, take ownership and responsibility for all work done with attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
