Support the in-house sign shop with occasional installation or fabrication duties.
Collaborate with your direct manager and support a close-knit team of technicians—including mentorship and hands-on guidance for junior techs.
Ensure all work is performed in a safe, cost-effective, and timely manner while adhering to relevant codes and safety protocols.
Maintain clear records related to time tracking, materials used, receipts, and completed work.

Sound judgment, reliability, and professionalism when interacting with vendors, clients, and team members.
Ability to take initiative and act as a team lead, even without formal supervisory responsibilities.
U.S. work authorization; must pass a background check and drug test.
Nice to Have
Experience working across multiple commercial property types (e.g., office, industrial, retail).
