Kendrick Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician - HVAC to deliver top-notch maintenance and repair services for commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct maintenance and repair services on commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
- Accurately diagnose system issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Interpret and follow wiring diagrams and schematics for proper installation and repair.
- Utilize a diverse range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues.
- Make informed repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.
- Apply knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure optimal airflow.
- Implement air balancing principles and techniques to enhance system performance and comfort.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a personable demeanor and building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair is a plus.
- NATE certification is a plus.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in making repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.
- Advanced customer service skills with a personable demeanor and strong customer relations skills.
- Ability to walk the customer through the problems, solutions, pricing, and scheduling.
- Ability to use ipad for service scheduling, daily notes, collecting payments, customer updates, etc.
- Knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure efficient airflow.
- Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques to optimize system performance.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 7:30am - 4pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
