Experience in the agriculture business with emphasis in communication or financial management Sale Processes Implement and monitor CRM usage for all Verax targets and engagements Monitor the sales cycle with reports on funnel growth, engagement advancement and loss post mortems Manage market potential updates and key customer identifications Assist in correct execution of pricing, invoicing and contract logging Manage communications and ways of working for users Assist in creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure manuals and training. Work on alliance creations with AHS, Feedmills, Genetic companies and allied vendors in the Animal Protein sector including Industry electronic data sharing. Assist in Verax business strategy communications creating a consistent template and transferring the written results and processes into ppt presentations Assist in tracking progress of the OU's on Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Goals against timelines Assist in tracking Development progress against timelines Assist in tracking and communicating progress against Global goals and timelines Delivery on training programs Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change
