Commercial Night Service Advisor

Description of the role:

As a Commercial Night Service Advisor at Rowe Ford Sales, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to commercial clients during the night service hours. Hours from 3 PM to Midnight.

Responsibilities:

• Assist commercial clients with their vehicle service needs


• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks


• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status


• Maintain accurate records of service transactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work night shifts


• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
