Job Position: Commercial Paint Project Superintendent

Description: ICI, LLC is looking for an experienced Leader in the Paint Industry to lead multiple projects simultaneously across the Denver Metro Area. This role will travel between multiple projects ensuring on site leaders are meeting schedule, driving productions, as well as QA/QC.

Range of Pay: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience

Expectations:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising commercial paint projects.

• Ability to read construction documents
• Ability to quantify and order materials
• Complete Project Takeoff
• Understands all scopes of work relating to paint
  • Paint Applications
  • Coatings (Latex, Oil, Epoxy, Tnemec, etc.)
• Ability to assist, understand and follow project budget
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Computer Literacy
• Proven leader of various sized projects, $100,000-$10million running simultaneously
• Drives Productions and follows Schedule
• Ability to QA/QC work
• Ability to train and develop team
• Responsible for holding team accountable
• Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job
  • OSHA 30 (can be obtained while employed)
• Have a valid driver license
• Bilingual Preferred
