We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Commercial Painting and Coatings Paint. This position is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and supervising staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills and be capable of estimating cost and job timelines.
Position Overview:

The Project Manager/Estimator will manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and timeframes
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor project progress and quality control
Prepare cost estimates for projects
Provide accurate and timely project completion reports

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Painting and Coatings Paint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software
Ability to read and analyze blueprints
Ability to estimate cost and job timelines accurately
