Position Overview:

We are looking for a Superintendent with Commercial Paint and Commercial Painting experience to oversee and coordinate construction projects in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating teams of workers, setting deadlines and ensuring that project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate teams of workers to ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
Schedule and coordinate all construction activities in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all workers are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment to work safely.
Perform regular inspections of the worksite to ensure that all safety protocols are being followed.
Provide progress reports to the client and management team.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the worksite on time and in good condition.
Recommend changes to project contracts to the client as needed.
Resolve any construction disputes with the contractor in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in commercial paint and commercial painting.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
