Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Commercial Painter for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior painting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to complete jobs efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding, and priming as needed
• Mix and match paint, stains, and finishes to achieve desired color and texture
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Protect furniture and flooring with proper coverings before painting
• Clean equipment and work areas after each job
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies and notify supervisor of needs
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an interior painter
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
• Good time management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Working Conditions

• Indoor work across various properties
• May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project timelines
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, and appropriate protective gear as needed
