Commercial Painter

Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Commercial Painter to work in clean room environments, laboratories, and medical or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong taping, cutting-in, and sanding skills and experience working in sensitive or controlled spaces such as laboratories or secure facilities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform high-quality painting in medical, laboratory, or industrial settings

  
  


• 
  

  Execute clean, sharp cutting-in work and professional taping and sanding

  
  


• 
  

  Work from ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Use power cleaning and pressure spray equipment to prep surfaces

  
  


• 
  

  Apply specialty coatings, including epoxy, when required

  
  


• 
  

  Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (respirator fit-tested)

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and secure work area in compliance with site standards

  
  


• 
  

  May travel to additional job sites as needed

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in commercial painting

  
  


• 
  

  Must be OSHA 10 certified

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in clean rooms or secure facilities preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Must be physically fit to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using epoxy paints and painting equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications precisely

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to work safely in environments that require PPE
