Commercial Plumbing Superintendent

Rogers Building Solutions, Coastal Mechanical business Unit, is one of the largest commercial mechanical contractors in the Southeast, and is currently seeking Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to work in the Tampa Florida area. Mainly hospitals, schools, Universities, and Government facilities. *Non-commission based and not per diem. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

• 7-10 years of commercial plumbing experience is preferred.

• Must be able to read blueprints and specs and understand code.

• School or Hospital construction experience is a plus.

• Med Gas Certification is a plus

• Journeyman License is a plus also.

• Employer conducts drug screening, background checks and motor vehicle checks.

• Positions may include, climbing ladders, walking/standing, lifting/pulling, and outside work with weather conditions.

Essential Functions:

· Climbing up and down ladders

· Push, pull and frequently carry objects as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. – Stand and walk for long periods of time. –

· See and hear well with or without correction to avoid safety hazards to themselves and others.

· Overtime and weekend availability, regular attendance

· Work in heat and various other weather conditions

· Travel to current job sites within Florida
