Commercial Plumbing Technician

Description

Candidate must be well rounded and have a strong background in all commercial plumbing systems and equipment. This candidate will be required to operate and manage a service truck, troubleshoot a wide variety of commercial plumbing issues, and make necessary repairs. Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently with customers and coordinators, and efficiently manage a company email.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing service work, maintenance and repairs in commercial buildings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues efficiently and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Adhere to local plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations on every project.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects independently
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial plumbing
• Required Journeyman plumbing and gas license
• Extensive knowledge in commercial plumbing systems and equipment
• Detailed resume with references within the industry
• Must be computer literate and tech savvy
