Commercial Producer

Position: Commercial Producer
Company Products / Services: Our client is a leading provider of commercial and personal lines insurance, offering full medical, dental, vision and 401K benefits to their employees. They seek to add a Commercial Producer to their dynamic team. This role is vital to the company's business development strategy and will involve driving new business through relationship building and consultative selling.

Responsibilities:

• Generate your own prospects and establish a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Build credible, strong relationships with prospects
• Consult on business needs and close your own deals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Producer
• Experience with independent agency sales (Candidates from captive agencies such as Farmers, State Farm, American Family Insurance, or carrier representatives will not be considered)
• Experience from direct writer companies such as Sentry, Federated, Liberty Mutual is welcome
• Open to 're-start' producers
• No minimum threshold required
