Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a general contractor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and estimating.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

• Ability to interpret contract documents, plans, and specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Based in Fort Myers, FL and available to work within the Gulf Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, contracts, safety, and quality standards.

• Represent the company in developing new business and strengthening client relationships.

• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead project budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting.

• Oversee and enforce daily safety protocols in coordination with superintendents.

• Identify new project opportunities, prepare estimates, and maintain a strong pipeline of work.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactive problem-solving.
