Commercial Project Manager High-End Pool Construction

Location: Charleston, SC (In-Office, Local Candidates Only)
Salary: $70k+, Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM with an occasional weekend

Aqua Blue Pools is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end commercial pool projects from planning to completion. In this role, you’ll lead crews and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety compliance, and deliver quality results that exceed client expectations.

We’re looking for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients and teams, and takes ownership of delivering projects on time and on budget. Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project management tools are essential.
