Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance Required

We are looking for someone who is interested or has experience in commercial property accounting. Learn full cycle accounting as you grow with our company!
Property Accountant duties include:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries
- Track asset additions and disposals and record depreciation/amortization
- Monitor daily cash balances
- Process capital calls and distributions to investors
- Prepare quarterly financial statement analysis with variance reporting
- Distribute financials to lenders/investors with Controller and/or CFO approval
- Annual tax return preparation
- Annual budget preparation
We are looking for someone with an Accounting Degree, preferably Masters/CPA Candidate. Experience in commercial property accounting is a plus! Must be proficient in Excel.
