Commercial Quotations Specialist

The organization is currently seeking a Commercial Quotations Specialist. This role is vital to the company, as it involves preparing accurate plumbing material quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and RFQs to prepare accurate plumbing material quotes.
• Source pricing and availability from vendors and manufacturers.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Ensure quotes are submitted on time and meet customer expectations.
• Track quote activity and follow up with clients as needed.
• Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and quote revisions.

The day-to-day role involves primarily outreach to internal teams and vendors, communicating with engineers, verifying timelines, and submitting bids to Commercial Sales. This role presents an opportunity to evolve into a mixture of outside sales.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in plumbing or wholesale distribution (commercial preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
