HomeSmart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Agent to oversee HomeSmart real estate offices nationally. This role involves commercial property management, leasing, office acquisition and disposition, vendor relationships, and tenant improvement construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, proficiency in Costar and other real estate software tools, and ability to review and manage commercial leases and renewals.  Most of this job is done virtually and travel is limited.

Some of the primary responsibilities for the Commercial Real Estate Agent are:
Manage office renewals to reviewing renewals of existing leases
Searching and locating new office locations in Costar
Negotiating lease terms for prospective locations
Managing TI construction (performed by 3rd party contractor)
Manage provisioning and opening of new office locations
Manage ongoing maintenance and upkeep of offices
Manage the leasing of other affiliated company assets
Manage courier team for larger markets (currently 5 large markets)

If you are a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Agent with 5+ years of experience in property management, proficiency with CoStar, knowledge of maintenance and repair processes, problem solver with strong negotiation skills this position is for you!

Essential Skills
Commercial real estate education and license a plus
Proficiency with Costar required
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe design suite, etc a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills a must
Detail oriented and dependable
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Respond well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and initiate and work independently as well as cooperatively with others
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
