Commercial Real Estate Associate

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Atlantic Real Estate group in in Pittsburgh, PA. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice.

Located near the city’s majestic Point State Park where the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers meet to form the Ohio River, our Pittsburgh office opened in 2023 and provides a variety of real estate, corporate, and litigation counsel to clients.

Our corporate team has experience in advising local and national clients on middle-market transactional matters, securities real estate, and business tax.  Our litigators have experience in bet-the-company issues, arbitration, general commercial work, intellectual property and trade secrets, real estate litigation, warranty, and creditors’ rights issues. The office also includes commercial real estate practice and a strong private client practice with experience in estate and nonprofit issues, including estate planning, tax, and litigation. You are an associate attorney with meaningful experience within the commercial real estate field, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in matters involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate and you feel comfortable managing transactions as well. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience
• Admitted, and in good standing, to the Pennsylvania Bar; or willing to waive-in
