Job Description

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, financing documents, and other real estate contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, review title and survey matters, and help guide transactions through closing.
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, development opportunities, and related legal considerations.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across real estate, business, and finance matters.
• Build lasting client relationships by providing clear, practical, and business-minded legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Ohio is required.
• 1+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience preferred, although attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with commercial real estate contracts, leasing, acquisitions, or financing is a plus.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Ability to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio.
