Position Overview

As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service refrigeration and HVAC systems for a variety of light commercial clients, including:

• Retail stores
• Office buildings
• Mixed-use properties
• Small commercial facilities

You’ll work closely with customers and our service team to ensure systems operate efficiently and service issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration service experience
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to respond effectively to service calls and equipment emergencies
• Comfortable lifting equipment and working in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Clean driving record and background check are required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Professional attitude with integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic

Compensation

• $30–$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
• No On-Call Schedule
