Commercial Refrigeration Apprentice Technician

Rare opportunity! We are looking for a junior technician to join our team. We will teach this person the ins and outs of the ice machine and refrigeration service business.

• Starting compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
• Total pay consist of base hourly rate, monthly performance bonuses and annual holiday bonuses.

• This is an in person, full-time role based in the Memphis, TN area.
• We cover a service territory of about a 120 radius of Memphis.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installations and cleaning of customer equipment
• Communicate with customers and provide accurate record keeping of work done on jobs
• Various warehouse, shop, and delivery duties

How We Win

• Assist in completion of 3-5 equipment services per day
• Receive customer ratings of 9 or higher for work performed and communication skills
• Improve efficiency of our warehouse operations and parts/ice deliveries
