Now, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. 

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our field service team, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (racks, chillers, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and more).
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service on refrigeration & chiller systems.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure on-time, professional service.
• Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert guidance and friendly service.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and system status.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-6+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration service experience on rack and chiller systems. Walk-ins, reach-ins and ice machine experience preferred.
• TDLR Technician License (required).
• EPA Type II Certification (required).
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems and components.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
