Job Description - Commercial Relocation Coordinator

Job Summary: Move Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Move Coordinator to join our in-office team (this is not a remote role). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of their relocation projects. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and vendors to guarantee that every move exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Note: This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple sales team members; manage calendars and input data into various move management systems.
  • Maintain accurate and complete job folders, ensuring all required documentation is signed and submitted by customers.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and All American Relocation, maintaining open and proactive communication throughout the entire move process.
  • Address and resolve move-related issues in collaboration with management and operations.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
  • Schedule and coordinate third-party services with approved vendors.
  • Accurately enter confirmed orders into our move management system, ensuring all necessary details are captured for operational execution.
  • Communicate with all parties involved to ensure proper preparation and timely execution of each move phase.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, office-based environment.
  • Partner with internal departments to address customer needs and service requests.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in commercial move coordination or project management preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience with logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with move or project management software is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the commercial relocation industry and best practices is highly desirable.
