PTO:
Earn up to 64 hours of paid time off each year for the first 4 years of employment. Earn up to 104 hours
from years 5 through 9 and up to 144 days after 10 years of employment with CentiMark. You can use it
whenever you want.

Employee Stock Ownership Program:
Earn shares of the company without having to pay a penny. Shares of the company are given to all
employees who have been employed for a year. Shares have increased in value from $7 to $585 over
the years. Several roofers who have worked their entire career at CentiMark, retired Millionaires for

401K:
If you put in 5% of your paycheck, CentiMark gives you a 4% match. Putting in $100 of your own money

Wages:
For experienced roofers, CentiMark pays between $30-$45 an hour without any dues or fees.
CentiMark also pays overtime, up to 20 hours a week depending on schedules. Most of the year
CentiMark employees work 50 hours a week which is still 10 hours of overtime.

Job Performance Bonuses:
Bring in a job under estimated hours and receive a bonus. Crew members get $1 for every hour under
the estimate and Foreman get $2 per hour. EVERY job at CentiMark is a potential for a little extra
money.
