Farha Roofing is expanding in the Denver market and looking for a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Executive to drive new business, lead projects, and play a key role in our continued growth.

We’re a multi-state, award-winning commercial roofing company operating in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona. We’re big enough to deliver major projects—but still small enough (125 employees) to give you a direct line to leadership, fast decisions, and a real voice in the company.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect and close new commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.)


• Build long-term relationships with developers, REITs, property managers, and general contractors


• Represent Farha Roofing at key industry and B2B networking event. 

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee full project lifecycle: inspection, estimating, planning, execution, and closeout


• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and production


• Maintain ownership of budget, profitability, and quality standards

Client & Claim Communication

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project


• Support insurance claim processes when applicable with clear communication and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales and project management


• Proven ability to win deals and deliver on complex commercial roofing jobs


• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills


• Comfortable using CRM, estimating tools, spreadsheets, and tech platforms


• Physically able to access rooftops and lift up to 50 lbs
