 You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Manage all phases of roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timelines,

         budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, crews, suppliers, and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and verify workmanship meets company and manufacturer specs.


• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials efficiently to align with project timelines and avoid delays or overages.


• Maintain thorough documentation, including daily logs, change orders, job costing updates, and project status reports for stakeholders.

• Clearly communicate with clients, field staff, suppliers, and executives, both in writing and verbally.


• Manage multiple projects and priorities at once while maintaining accurate records and timelines.

• Takes ownership of projects, motivates teams, and holds themselves and others to high standards of performance and safety.


• Are proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, The Edge, and general computer processing proficiency

• Weekly project status updates to Operations – with production goals assessed
