You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
Manage all phases of roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timelines,
budgets, and quality standards are met.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, crews, suppliers, and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and verify workmanship meets company and manufacturer specs.
Schedule crews, equipment, and materials efficiently to align with project timelines and avoid delays or overages.
Maintain thorough documentation, including daily logs, change orders, job costing updates, and project status reports for stakeholders.
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
Clearly communicate with clients, field staff, suppliers, and executives, both in writing and verbally.
Manage multiple projects and priorities at once while maintaining accurate records and timelines.
Think quickly and adapt to changing conditions, weather delays, and unexpected jobsite challenges.
Takes ownership of projects, motivates teams, and holds themselves and others to high standards of performance and safety.
Are proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, The Edge, and general computer processing proficiency

Weekly project status updates to Operations – with production goals assessed
