Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and industrial roofing projects from award through closeout in Poughkeepsie.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries while enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, project records, and closeout documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are met.
• Supervise multiple active projects simultaneously, anticipating and resolving issues before they affect timelines or costs.
• Mentor and guide field staff to ensure adherence to company policies and project quality.

• Proven experience in managing commercial roofing or construction projects.
