We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team, driving commercial roofing projects to new heights. This role offers the opportunity to shape a team, influence company growth, and make a tangible impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.


• Drive sales across commercial sectors in Nebraska, Iowa, and surrounding areas.


• Collaborate with estimators, production, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.


• Manage personal sales pipeline while supporting team members in achieving their goals.


• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.


• Drive bottom line company growth while maintaining a strong P&L

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales


• 3+ year in a leadership or sales management role.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• A strong background in low-slope and metal roofing systems


• Strong understanding of the Midwest roofing market and local regulations.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable

Pay: $90,000 - $180,000.00+ per year
