Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outside sales
  


• Manage commercial roofing projects from sale to completion
  


• Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the claims and roofing process
  


• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and crews to meet project timelines and standards
  


• Oversee budgets, documentation, and collections
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales or project management (residential is a plus)
  


• Strong track record of sales success in a team-oriented environment
  


• Great communication skills; comfortable with basic tech tools
  


• Valid driver’s license
  


• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs as needed
