What You'll Do As Commercial Roofing Service Foreman:

• Lead & manage a crew of Service Technicians, providing direction, accountability, and on-the-job training.
• Oversee onsite service jobs and perform roofing work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Diagnose & repair commercial flat and low-slope roofs using best practices and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to help meet revenue, expense, and profit goals.
• Maintain job site safety, monitor compliance, and uphold company safety standards.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and the cleanliness of the company vehicle and crew materials.
• Complete required documentation for daily work, vehicles, and equipment.
• Represent Moser Roofing Solutions with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to uphold industry standards and company processes.
• Work full-time, 40–45 hours/week, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 2:00–4:00 PM, with earlier starts in warmer months.

Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Service Foreman:

• Experienced: At least 5 years of full-time experience in flat or low-slope commercial roofing. Holds a high school diploma or equivalent. OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
• Analytical: Thinks ahead and makes a solid plan before arriving on the job site; knows how to spot potential issues before they become real problems.
• Accurate: Pays close attention to detail, understanding that even small mistakes in this role can be costly.
• Collaborative: Builds strong working relationships with vendors, customers, and coworkers.
• Career-focused: Eager to grow with the company, take on more responsibility, and develop leadership skills over time.
• Team Player: Humble, driven, and accountable. Willing to take ownership and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Safety-focused: Prioritizes safety on every job site and models proper guidelines for the crew.
• Active: Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform repetitive physical tasks in all types of weather. Must lift 60–80 lbs. and safely use power and hand tools.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and learning new apps on the job.
