Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify root causes of water intrusion.
• Perform and supervise repairs on TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, Standing Seam, Shingle, Tile, and waterproofing systems.
• Apply and oversee roof coating and restoration systems, including acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and SPF coatings on various substrates.
• Ensure proper roof preparation, coating application, quality control, and manufacturer compliance.
• Lead and train service crews while maintaining productivity, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Complete work orders, reports, photos, and material tracking.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years roofing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or foreman experience.
• Proven roof leak diagnosis and repair skills.
• Experience with roof coatings and restoration systems.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30 Certification.
• Roofing manufacturer certifications.
• Infrared moisture scanning or electronic leak detection experience.
• CDL and/or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
