Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all roofing activities on commercial project sites.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing, often requiring expertise in systems like EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage Employees and subcontractors to oversee work and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the roofing process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

• Proven experience as a roofing superintendent or similar role in commercial roofing.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
