Job Description - Commercial Sales Account -plumbing divison

Talent Consultants is excited to announce an opening for a Commercial Sales Account Manager position in our Plumbing Division. We are searching for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional who is passionate about the plumbing industry and has a proven track record of achieving sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying their plumbing needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing products and services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to strategize effectively to meet business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients in the plumbing industry
  • Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their plumbing requirements
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and product information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activities regularly
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, preferably within the plumbing industry
  • 5+ years Customer Service Expereince
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
