What you’ll be doing:
- Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services.
- Support the Commercial Sales Team with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and product knowledge.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate appointments for test drives, financing discussions, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle displays, ensuring cars are clean and properly presented.
- Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales Team and management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and always uphold excellent customer service standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Ford or Lincoln sales experience preferred but not required.
- Automotive vehicle sales experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
