Commercial Sales Customer Service Representative

Please Note:

• This is primarily a work-from-home position HOWEVER, In-office attendance is required every Monday. If Monday is a company holiday, it will be required to come in that Tuesday instead


• Additional in-office presence is required approximately 2-3 times per month for scheduled mail processing


• Initial training period will last approximately 4-6 weeks and be conducted in-office
  

A friendly and professional Customer Services Representative is needed in the Commercial Sales Department.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering Telephones


• Processing changes to existing accounts and setting up new services for Internet and VoIP


• Assisting with phone sales and servicing of Commercial Accounts


• Processing all requests and corresponding with customers via Commercial email-boxes


• Contacting existing customers to verify information


• Corresponding with customers in reference to issues


• Assisting with Commercial Abuse


• Invoicing Commercial and Educational services


• Processing credit card payments and answering questions in regards to billing inquiries


• Assisting in the process of all cable and fiber inquires and work orders


• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.


• Experience using Salesforce a Plus


• Billing experience a Plus


• Established residency in Pennsylvania required


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


• Excellent Customer Service Skills 


• Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written


• Excellent Follow-up and Time Management Skills 


• Excellent Typing/Data Entry Skills


• Strong Math skills


• Ability to work well both independently and as part of the team


• Ability to adapt well to change and the changing needs of the company
