Vortex Doors, America’s highest quality and most customer-centric commercial and industrial door repair company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team of industry professionals. 

As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for our commercial door repair and service offerings. You will work closely with commercial property owners to provide them with solutions that meet their door maintenance and repair needs. This position is ideal for a motivated and self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Identify and prospect new leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate service quotes.
• Present and explain the benefits of our repair and maintenance services to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by following up on leads, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term   relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor services to effectively position our company in the market.
• Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
