Job Description - Commercial Sales Representative

About the Role

We’re seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who thrives on building connections, closing deals, and making an impact through meaningful partnerships. If you're a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for the CPG or food industry, this is your opportunity to shine.


Key Responsibilities



  • New Business Development

    • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.

    • Prospect through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads.



  • Sales Process Management

    • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.

    • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage follow-up.



  • CRM & Reporting

    • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.

    • Provide accurate forecasts and regular sales reports.



  • Collaboration & Strategy

    • Partner with marketing, product, and support teams to tailor solutions.

    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.



  • Representation & Travel

    • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

    • Represent TVS with professionalism and enthusiasm.




What We’re Looking For



  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (CPG or food industry preferred)

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
