Job Description - Commercial Sales Specialist

Company: Blue Ridge Communications


WFH Shift: Variable 40 hours per week to include evenings and weekends

    The Commercial Sales Specialist will report to our Commercial Sales Manager and be primarily responsible for supporting customers for our Blue Ridge Commercial department and Blue Ridge Mobile service. This person will be responsible for generating monthly sales through incoming sales calls and providing Mobile Sales and Support.


     


    Responsibilities:



    • Ensure that with every interaction you are creating an experience that fosters a trusting and valued connection with our customers

    • Provide technical and account support for Blue Ridge Commercial customers

    • Provide technical and account support for Blue Ridge Mobile customers as needed

      • Successfully provisioning and activating new Blue Ridge Mobile devices and accounts

      • Assisting existing mobile customers with changes to their mobile plans

      • Properly troubleshooting with customers to resolve any service issues and escalate more complex challenges in a timely manner to Tier ll Support



    • Properly troubleshoot with customers to resolve any service issues and escalate more complex challenges in a timely manner to Tier ll Support

    • Successfully complete all training requirements on time and actively engage in team huddles and learning opportunities



    • Utilize ICOMs billing system for Commercial order entry

    • Utilize Phoenix billing system for Mobile order entry

    • Ensure commercial phone orders complete successfully by monitoring/assigning PWS activity steps

    • Perform audits on pending work orders to ensure they are accurate and complete

    • Reply to company and customer emails in a timely fashion



    • Comply with all Company policies and procedures

    • Complete daily PWS steps assigned

    • Other duties as assigned 



    Qualifications:



    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

    • Established residency in Pennsylvania

    • Related Work Experience preferred



    • Proficient Computer Skills  

    • Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written

    • Exceptional Organizational Skills; strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

    • Ability to be a team player that is motivated to succeed 

    • Ability to multi-task 

    • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
