Position Summary
We're hiring experienced Licensed Service Electricians to join our traveling service team. This is a hands-on field role involving troubleshooting, service, repair, and upgrades of commercial and light industrial electrical systems. Projects vary by client need and may include night or day shifts. Travel may range from 1-3 weeks at a time based on assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial/industrial electrical systems
Install new wiring, panels, lighting systems, and components
Perform system upgrades, retrofits, and code corrections
Conduct functional and safety testing on installed systems
Submit daily deliverables such as signed checklists, photos, and as-builts
Ensure compliance with NEC and local/state codes
Maintain a safe, professional worksite and follow all PPE/safety requirements
Provide mentorship or guidance to junior techs when needed
Represent the company professionally on every job site
What We're Looking For
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (state-specific license required)
Commercial and/or industrial service experience
Comfortable working 3rd shift as needed (mix of day/night work depending on client)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and interpret scopes of work
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel 13 weeks at a time
OSHA and lift certifications a plus (boom/scissor)
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Able to pass drug screen and background check

Work Schedule & Travel Details
Extensive OT hours 60-70 hours per week.
Food per diem provided ($125/day); company books hotel stays
Company vehicles are provided for transport between job sites
Drive personal vehicle to Lowell, AR for training, where you will receive your company vehicle and head out from there.
Amazon conducts a separate required background check upon onboarding
Compensation & Travel
Hourly Pay: $25 - $40/hour based on experience and market
Per Diem: $125/day when overnight travel is required
