Job Description - Commercial Services Plumber

CCS Plumbing Services is growing - and we’re building a team of experienced plumbers who take pride in solving real commercial plumbing problems, not just running service calls.

We specialize in above-ground and below-ground commercial plumbing service for restaurants, retail spaces, and property management groups that rely on quality workmanship and dependable service.

Our long-term client relationships are built on skill, accountability, and doing the job right. We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Services Plumber who brings that same standard to the field.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve commercial and residential plumbing service issues
Perform service work focused on solving root problems
Operate or learn to operate 4,000 PSI jetting equipment
Work independently when needed while collaborating effectively with the team
Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and leadership
Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, processes, and overall team performance

What You Bring

5+ years of commercial and/or residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth plumbing knowledge
Willingness to learn and operate jetting equipment
Proven ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow long-term
