Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA.

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

Our Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Specialist will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). In this role, you will support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of classified communications systems using CSfC technologies. Responsibilities include operating PKI systems, managing certificate infrastructures, and supporting hardware security modules (HSMs) within classified tunnel architectures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Marine Corps Certificate Authorities (CAs) for CSfC Inner and Outer Tunnel infrastructures.
• Manage Certificate Validation Infrastructure (CVI) for CSfC implementations.
• Operate and support Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Review and approve Inner and Outer Tunnel certificate requests.
• Publish and manage Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs).
• Maintain strict separation of duties across CSfC PKIs.
• Audit CSfC CAs and certificate systems for compliance with DoD/NSA guidance.
• Provide on-site support at CSfC-enabled Data Centers (Quantico, Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton, Hawaii, Japan, Germany).

• US Citizen
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Four (4+) years supporting DoD PKI systems
• Two (2+) years supporting CSfC or PKI integration in classified environments

Certifications:

• IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher
• DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority Certification
• DoD/NSS Key Recovery Agent Certification
• ITIL v4 Foundations
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Keyfactor EJBCA and certificate management tools
• Experience with HSMs (Thales, SafeNet)
• Understanding of CSfC Capability Packages
• Strong background in certificate lifecycle management and CA architecture
• Ability to support audits and maintain security documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.

This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed within the next two months, at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
