What You'll Do as a Tire Sales Associate

•  Greet customers with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Provides tire and service recommendations based on customer needs established through conversation and vehicle inspections.
• Follows up on all work completed, giving the customer progress updates, through work completion.
• Provides phone support for customers calling in for pricing and/or service calls.
• Provides sales support (check pricing, creating tickets, checking inventory, etc) for Outside Commercial Salespeople as needed.
•  Knowledgeable about products and services provided.
• Locate and acquire supplementary inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Knows and follows prescribe policies and paperwork procedures (invoicing, credit, etc).
• Performs other duties, from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.

Your Qualifications as a Tire Sales Associate:

• Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record
• Minimum 1 year experience in the tire and automotive service industry
• Experience with agriculture/farm tires is a plus
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
