Beaver’s, a trusted name in commercial truck collision repair and part of the All Roads family, is seeking an experienced Commercial Truck Collision Estimator for our Aberdeen, Maryland location. This role is responsible for inspecting damaged commercial trucks and equipment, creating accurate repair estimates, and working closely with technicians, vendors, and insurance partners to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to OEM standards.
Pay
$50k-80k (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Inspect damaged commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty equipment at the Aberdeen facility
Accurately assess collision damage, including structural, mechanical, and cosmetic issues
Prepare detailed repair estimates using approved estimating software
Communicate repair plans and labor requirements with shop technicians
Coordinate with insurance adjusters to review estimates, supplements, and approvals
Order parts and work with vendors to ensure timely availability
Track repair progress and update estimates when additional damage is discovered
Ensure all repairs meet OEM guidelines, DOT regulations, and safety standards
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each repair order
Provide clear communication to customers regarding repair timelines and status
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or automotive training preferred)
Prior experience as a collision estimator, preferably with commercial or heavy-duty trucks
Strong understanding of truck body, frame, suspension, and mechanical systems
Familiarity with collision estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, or similar)
Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures and technical documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
Heavy-duty or fleet collision repair experience
Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
Knowledge of DOT compliance and commercial vehicle safety standards
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk the shop floor and inspect vehicles
Occasional bending, lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods
