As a Commercial Van/Sprinter GSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and fostering a high-performance sales environment focused on commercial vans and Sprinter vehicles. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial van sales team to meet and exceed sales targets


• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability


• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and fleet managers


• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals


• Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and retention


• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management


• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales management in commercial van/Sprinter sales


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans


• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service


• Clean driving record
