**What You’ll Do**  
In this role, you’ll operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced water treatment systems, ensuring a reliable supply of clean, safe water for critical facilities like hospitals and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:  
- Managing systems such as Chemical Dosing, Ion Exchange Filtration, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Reverse Osmosis.  
- Monitoring and adjusting process controls and chemical dosing.  
- Conducting routine maintenance and resolving equipment issues.  
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.  
- Collaborating with team members to optimize system performance.  

**What We’re Looking For**  
We need a motivated, technically skilled individual who excels in fast-paced, field-based environments. Key qualifications include:  
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.  
- Experience with chemical injection and ion exchange systems (preferred).  
- Active Class T2 or T4 Water Treatment Operator Certification from the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE).  
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
