Commercial/Residential HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups

• Accurately assess system issues and communicate solutions to customers

• Manage your time effectively and work independently in the field

• Deliver professional, courteous service on every visit

• Maintain clear, organized documentation of all work performed

• Mentor junior technicians and share your expertise

• Follow all company safety protocols and local code requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial work

• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A self-motivated mindset and strong attention to detail

• A willingness to work hard and grow within a supportive team

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE Certification

• Experience with smart thermostats and home automation

• Light commercial systems experience (e.g., RTUs, split systems, package units)
