Pay Rate: $20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday, Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a skilled Commercial/Residential Painter to join a reputable painting team in the Tulsa area. This position involves working on both interior and exterior painting projects in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as needed
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Protect work areas with drop cloths or masking tape; remove or cover fixtures when necessary
• Match and mix paints to desired colors and finishes
• Perform minor repairs to drywall, plaster, or wood before painting
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective gear
• Clean up job sites daily and maintain a tidy, professional work environment
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and surface preparation methods
• Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for extended periods of physical labor
